The Fix Services organization offers collision repairers and insurers the opportunity to outsource important customer service functions on either an after hours or full-time basis. The result, business that choose to enlist Fix as an extension of their customer service organization capture more work, in many instances realizing a greater than 20% increase in volume.
By standardizing the customer interaction, beginning with FNOL and concluding with a follow up customer survey, Fix is able to consistently provide a much more positive customer experince. The Fix Services organization provides 24 hour a day, seven days a week coverage delivering services such as FNOL warm transfer, Outbound Appointment Scheduling, Orphaned Estimate follow up, After Hours support for Rental and Tow services, File Audits, Customer Satisfaction Measurement and Payment Processing.
In addition to supporting the Fix Auto Network, the Fix Services Organization provides outsourced services to 3rd party organizations such as Dealer Groups, Car Manufacturers, Insurance Companies, Multi-shop Operators and other Network Profiders.
These services arae highly configurable and can be operated independently of one another or together. Additional services are available including HR, Payroll, Financial Reporting, A/P, and purchasing.
Fix supports each business relationship uniquely ensuring that each client receives the support they need delivering specific services. This includes developing detailed scripting for call center agents, establishing business rules, creating a common calendar and identifying preferred rental and tow providers in the company's profile.
All Fix activity, including call history, number of attempts, the result and any required follow up action, is visible and available on-line for all to see at anytime. In many instances Fix personnel will warm transfer the customer or issue immediate an email alert when a potential service issue exists.
